This years Charity Ride is dedicated to the memory of Robert Pauley. Robert was born to Bud and Mabel Pauley; he spent his life working in the family business Pauley Well Drilling with his two brothers Roger and Kenneth. Robert enjoyed playing golf and he never missed the opportunity to make someone laugh nor did he miss a chance to give back to the community he loved so well. He was always willing to he help a neighbor and never failed to go above and beyond when he was on a job site. (That is a natural part of being a Pauley). Robert had a renewed interest in riding motorcycles, something he had done many years of his life and earlier in the year had purchased a Harley Softail. Tragically, On October 3 2007, Robert lost his life on Meadow Creek Rd. in Montgomery County while on a evening ride on his Harley. Robert is at rest with his heavenly father and we sure miss him. But his legacy will live on forever. We are proud to dedicate this year’s ride to Robert, and all monies raised this year will be donated to charity in memory of Robert Pauley.
